Thyrowise logs your TSH, your levothyroxine doses and the symptoms that drift in between — with no account, no login and no server to leak. It is free on iPhone and Apple Watch.

Living with hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's thyroiditis is a small pill every morning, labs every few months, and symptoms that move slowly enough to be hard to remember by the next appointment. Thyrowise holds those three things in one place.
Levothyroxine is absorbed best on an empty stomach, so most people take it first thing and wait 30 to 60 minutes before coffee or breakfast. Thyrowise runs that wait as a live countdown on the Lock Screen and on the Apple Watch, so you are not guessing whether enough time has passed.

Thyrowise has no sign-up, no login and no server. Every lab value, dose and symptom is written to your own device and stays there. There is no analytics SDK and no advertising SDK in the app, so there is no profile of your thyroid disease sitting anywhere to be breached, sold, or lost when a company shuts down.
The practical consequence: nobody can lock you out of your own history, and export is a plain PDF or CSV you own.
Weight, sleep and resting heart rate are three of the things people with an under- or over-treated thyroid actually watch, and an iPhone or Apple Watch is already measuring them. If you turn it on, Thyrowise reads those from Apple Health and shows them beside your log, so the picture is not limited to what you remembered to tap.
Nothing is inferred or diagnosed from them. The read is optional, off until you enable it, and can be revoked in Health at any time.

Thyrowise does not generate advice. Where it states a number — a typical reference range, a retest interval, an absorption rule — it names the published source, and a Sources screen in the app lists all of them. Those sources are the American Thyroid Association, NIDDK at the National Institutes of Health, MedlinePlus at the U.S. National Library of Medicine, and the American College of Radiology for TI-RADS.
Insights in the app are counts of your own logs, stated as counts. There is no score, no risk model and no black-box AI making a guess about your thyroid.
